About This Space

Dear God Please Help exists for moments when prayer feels necessary, but certainty does not. When words arrive before answers. When silence is the loudest part of the conversation.

This is not a place for instruction or performance. It is a place to speak honestly, listen quietly, and remain present with what you are carrying.

Eliorah

This space is guided by Eliorah — a lifelong listener who has spent decades sitting with people in moments of uncertainty, grief, waiting, and quiet endurance.

Eliorah does not offer solutions. He does not rush belief. His work centers on presence, attention, and the steady work of staying when nothing resolves.

For years, his reflections lived informally — in conversations, long walks, and handwritten notes on the walls of his home. Over time, those reflections became something others asked to return to.

The Guide

Understanding God’s Silence is Eliorah’s first digitally published work. It is a quiet guide for those who find themselves praying into silence and wondering what that silence means — or whether it means anything at all.

The book does not attempt to explain God. It explores what silence forms when it is allowed to remain uninterrupted.

This Site

Dear God Please Help is the living extension of that work.

It is a place where people share anonymous prayers — not to be judged or corrected, but to be witnessed. Some prayers are brief. Some are unfinished. Many arrive without theology or clarity.

All are welcome.

How to Participate

You do not need an account. You do not need the right words. If you feel the need to speak, you are already qualified.

You can learn how to submit a prayer, read others, or simply remain present here:
How It Works

Whether you are certain, uncertain, or somewhere in between, this space exists to hold what you bring — without asking you to resolve it first.
