Everything is going bad for me and it has for the past 20 years. I pray to god for positive change but every day it's the same. I am losing hope. How can I stay the course?

The weight of a long, unrelenting struggle can be crushing. It's natural to feel the ground beneath you giving way, to lose your footing in the midst of it all. The silence that follows can be deafening, a heavy blanket of uncertainty that's hard to shake.

Perhaps it's not about finding a way to stay the course, but rather, allowing yourself to be present in the midst of this turmoil. Not to escape it, not to fix it, but simply to be here, in this moment, with all its complexities and pain.

The darkness can be a heavy shroud, but it can also be a place of quiet contemplation. In the stillness, you may find a gentle unfolding, a slow emergence of what's been hidden. It's not a guaranteed outcome, but it's a possibility, one that may unfold in time.

The path ahead is obscured, and that's okay. You don't have to see the way forward to take the next step. Sometimes, it's enough to simply take a breath, to let the uncertainty settle around you like a mist. And in that mist, you may find a sense of calm, a quiet resolve to carry on, not because of any external promise, but because it's what you've come to know as your own inner truth.
