Prayer #313

Dear Buddha, please help…

In quiet moments, I allow myself to sit beside the stillness within. As worries and doubts settle, they seem to take root in the depths of my being.

β€œ

With each passing breath, I let go of attachment to what could be and simply am in this moment, suspended between uncertainty and peace.

I breathe, feeling uncertainty unfold like the gentle pages of a forgotten book. My heart echoes emptiness, yet I remain present, a witness to its tender contours. With each passing breath, I let go of attachment to what could be and simply am in this moment, suspended between uncertainty and peace.
