Prayer #284

Dear Buddha, please help…

In the quiet moments, I find myself seeking stillness. My mind aches from the tumult of thoughts, I ask for clarity.

β€œ

Let the weight of what could be or should be be left at the door, so I can truly listen to the whispers of my own heart.

May I be present in this fleeting instant, unencumbered by worries. Let the weight of what could be or should be be left at the door,
so I can truly listen to the whispers of my own heart. Guide me to a state of mindful awareness,
where every breath is a reminder of the beauty within. Help me cherish the simplicity in each passing day.
